Jenny Packham's collection for this season is insprired by the vintage Vegas style, to be more exact 1960s Vegas. Many complained that the pieces weren't modern enough but I'm not really sure that she wasn't going for that. I really like some of the pieces (they photograph really well)...until I saw the runway video. You can actually see the models struggling to walk in the pieces that look so light but are in fact so heavy with props. To be more exact some of my favorite pieces went on another list... After that some of the pieces started to look like art project instead of runway fashion forward.
The models had 1960s hair or else called Lana Del Rey hair with orange lips and silver big vintage earrings. Some of them could even play Lana Del Rey with their back-in-time pout and curl bangs.

Should someone go so far back in time for a RTW Spring/Summer 2013 collection which should be futuristic? (hint: 2013!!!!) I'm not sure.
Much Love,
