Erin Fetherston RTW Spring Summer 2013

Erin is surely known for her feminine and cute-girl designs, but for this collection she added a touch of edge to the collection by showcasing darker and heavier fabrics. The normally lighter-than-air fabrics are still the majority for this collection as they are still admirable. My favorite piece has to be the lips print-black-and-white cocktail dress that I would love to wear with a belt (preferably with a yellow belt). The collection has a pastel colored side opposite a black and white colored side. A lot of people will also relate to the white and yellow on the bottom dress and the strapless white and glitter mini that give a new meaning to glamorous.

Erin chose the seventeen year old upcoming pop star, Alexandra McDermott as the model for her RTW Spring/Summer 2013 Collection. Alexandra increases the youthful & playful side of Erin's designs.

Erin Fetherston
The blond studied at Parsons School of Design in Paris. What most don't know is that she is a guest designer and creative consultant for Juicy Couture. She is also a member of CFDA. ERIN  by Erin Fetherston can be found at Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's and Neiman Marcus' stores.

Here are a couple of my favorite looks:

Here is the rest of the collection:

Erin Fetherston surely looked up the word youth and fun in the fashion dictionary and I'm so glad she did. That is her signature theme and this time she even added a bit of edge to them. Any thoughts? Well I'd love to read them.
Much Love,
